Added by: FDutil Description: Established by decree of the government of Moscow N 678-PP on 28 July 2009, amended from the Law of the City of Moscow of 5 September 2001. Awarded to parents (including adoptive parents) who have been domiciled in the city of Moscow for at least 10 years and married in accordance with federal law or, in the case of single parent families, one of the parents (adoptive parents) who are raising or have raised five or more children as worthy citizens of the Russian Federation, for the upbringing of children for active positions in life and teaching morals, creating conditions for achievement and results in labor, educational, artistic, sporting and other activities.
