Added by: megan Description: The medal is made of yellow metal and has the form of a cross with eight diverging rays, 35mm in diameter and covered with translucent crimson enamel, between which are bundles of three rays of white metal. In the middle of the cross is a round medallion of yellow metal with the image of the emblem of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which surrounds a wreath of laurel leaves, wrapped in four places with a ribbon. The sides of the cross of the emblem of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are covered with crimson enamel, the medallion is covered with blue enamel. On the ribbon that goes around the wreath, the letters З, С, У, and the date 1991 are inscribed. The reverse is plain with the inscription ЗА ЗАСЛУГИ ПЕРЕД ЗС УКРАЇНИ [FOR MERIT TO THE ARMY OF UKRAINE] and a serial number. Keywords: Date Added: 08-07-2022
