Added by: megan Description: The badge takes the form of a six-pointed star with diverging two-sided rays of white metal. Between the large rays of the star there are shorter yellow rays, the middle of which is covered with red enamel. In the middle of the star is a round medallion of yellow metal, covered with translucent blue enamel, on which is the emblem of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, indicating the award. Around the medallion is the inscription СЛАВА І ЧЕСТЬ [GLORY AND HONOR] and the image of two crossed laurel branches symbolizing glory. It is worn on the right breast. The ribbon (which is worn on the left breast) combines the white colour, which symbolizes self-sacrifice, and the main colours of the flags of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: crimson (Land Forces), blue and yellow (Air Forces), white and blue (Navy Forces).
