Description: The silver medal was awarded to Jemadars. On the obverse, there is an Honourable East India Company sepoy holding British and inverted Mysore flags, standing on a trophy of arms and with the fortress of Seringapatam in the background. The reverse bears the inscription FOR SERVICES IN MYSORE 1791 1792 within a laurel wreath with an inscription in Farsi around the edge.
