Awarded to Cossacks of the Black Sea Cossack Army for active participation in the development and strengthening of the Black Sea Cossack Army, for diligence displayed during the performance of military duties, for service and civic duty, for excellent performance in combat training of Cossack units, for leadership in Cossack communities aimed at their economic and spiritual development, for strengthening security. May also be awarded to citizens of the Dniester Moldovan Republic and the Russian Federation, or citizens of other states, for the implementation of activities aimed at the development and strengthening of Cossack and Slavic unity, orthodoxy, integrity and independence of the Cossacks.
