Upcoming Military Antiques and Collectibles Auction

Hi and good morning!

I wanted to invite everyone from the Orders and Medals Society of America to view our exhibition at Oakridge Auction Gallery in Vienna. We will be having a Military Antiques and Collectibles auction Saturday July 25 at 11:30 AM EST, with a showing of the items in our gallery from 10 AM – 5 PM July 22-24. We have a substantial amount military collectibles and I thought that The OMSA would be interested in looking at these museum worthy pieces of war memorabilia. We will have the items up for viewing momentarily, with links to the photos on our website.

While I know not everyone lives in the area, it is a wonderful collection to look at, even if it is just online, from a collector’s perspective. However, if you are in the area, please stop in, and I will personally show you what we have; it is amazing how much craftsmanship was put into some of these pieces. My favorite piece we currently have in our gallery is the German WWII Zeppelin Officers Visor Cap Badge. It is not as fancy as some of the others, but the zeppelin is pretty cool. We also have 4 Australian made US WWII Army Air Forces Wings that I just find beautiful.
