    I. Brief description of personal feat or merits

    When the division was in the offensive to break through the enemy defense to the West of the town of Villunen and to take the town of Tilsit, Captain of Medical Service Tsinkin proved himself a courageous officer and a skillful specialist. In the course of the entire operation, Captain Tsinkin, engaged as a Medical Company Commander, directed all medical work of the battalion in rendering surgical care to the wounded and their evacuation to rear hospitals.
    During that period, together with the leading surgeon, Captain Tsinkin performed 68 complex surgeries, and all the wounded were evacuated to rear hospitals after the surgeries. During the above-mentioned combat operation the medical and sanitary battalion admitted 988 wounded, of which 128 men were returned to the ranks due to prompt and skillful treatment.
    Captain of Medical Service Tsinkin deserves the government award, order of the Red Star.

    Short Description of Combat Feat or Accomplishments

    While in the regiment Comrade Ivanov has proven himself an excellent medical worker. He has evacuated many wounded soldiers and officers, as a result saving many lives. He has made many improvements in the Regimental Medical Point.
    Comrade Ivanov is not concerned with his own safety. During the fighting from 31 December 1942 through 10 January 1943 he excellently rendered medical aid to the wounded.
    Comrade Ivanov personally went forward and also ensured medical personnel were distributed throughout the ranks.
    He is deserving of the Order of the Red Star.

    I. Brief description of personal feat or merits

    Since his assignment to the regiment, comrade Ivanov displayed himself as an excellent medical worker. He is widely using a blood transfusion technique in his routine practice, which saved many lives of wounded soldiers and commanders. Constantly tries to improve the work of PMP (Regimental Medical Station – Polkovoj Meditsinskij Punkt).
    Comrade Ivanov, despite the direct danger to his life and exhausted personal condition, during the combat actions from Dec. 31, 1942 to Jan. 10, 1943 performed an excellent job in delivering medical care to wounded soldiers.
    Comrade Ivanov personally examines every wounded soldier and uncovers the cases of simulations and self-induced gunshot wounds.
    Deserves state award order of the Red Star.

    I. Brief description of personal feat or merits
    Comrade Klochkovskii displayed courage and bravery in battles with German invaders. He always stays in a front lines of cavalry squadrons, gives first aid to wounded soldiers and evacuates them from the battlefield. On July 3rd, 1944 near the village of Dubi he carried out from the battlefield 5 heavily wounded soldiers despite the risk of his own life. On July 5th, 1944 near the river Illiya he was in the front lines of cavalry squadrons and received a military order from the Head of Division’s Medical Department (Senior Medical Officer of the 32nd Cavalry Division). The order stated that comrade Klochkovskii should reinforce the evacuation of the wounded soldiers from the battlefield. After receiving the order, comrade Klochkovskii personally bandaged and carried out 20 soldiers. On July 16th, 1944 during the crossing of river Neman our troops were attacked by enemy bombers. In this attack were wounded Lt. Romanenko and Sr. Lieutenant from infantry division (his name is unknown). With risk to his own life, comrade Klochkovskii provided the first aid to wounded officers and personally carried them out of the bomber attack.
    Deserves the state award – order of the Patriotic War 2nd class.
