My poor old brain cells can’t remember the name and company of the WWI ex Navy man who started up a business making war medals for veterans. I can see his catalogs, and a pic of him in my mind, but what was his name? He made valor medals too, but had to stop producing the Medal of Honor in the latter part of the 1920s due to government regulations. His business continued until his death in the 1950s, I believe.
Ah-HA. Not all of the old brain cells have left the building.
The man was George Studley. Many thanks for your time!
