Burma?

I am new here, so greetings everyone 🙂 I was wondering, does anyone know which order this may be? I think I identified the country as Burma, but cannot find the name of the order or anything else. All the suggestions and insights are appreciated. Thank you!

This medal has been posted on another forum as possibly related to a state visit by Yugoslavia’s Marshal Tito to India and Burma in 1954.  The similarity in design to the Order of the Yugoslav Flag may indicate its original as Yugoslavian rather than Burmese.

The Yugoslavian medal for the visit was quite different from this specimen. I’ll try and dig up an image after work… even better, there’s one in the Image Database: https://www.omsa.org/view-image/?imageid=8633&catid=630

That’s the official Yugoslavian commemorative – so maybe this one is Burmese (it doesn’t look Indian), or something unofficial.

Hi people, I also have another question. 🙂 I won’t open another topic since i’m not sure which decoration it’s about. Here’s the picture of it, thanks in advance. I searched the internet, but couldn’t find anything. German, perhaps? Thank you all for your help 🙂

 

p.s. reverse is blank and I don’t see any markings of the maker, so maybe it’s not authentic?

With the double eagle motif, I’d look in the recent Russian/formerly Russian arena.  I’m not sure the collecting community can keep up with the output from that part of the world.
