In 1938 the Portuguese President, Oscar Carmona, made a state visit to Angola and Mozambique.  During the visit he presented to the Tribal Chiefs a Commemorative Medal for loyalty to Portugal.  On the Obverse is a profile of the President.  I am writing an article about this medal but need information or an email of who to contact to find out 1. How many were made of the Angola and Mozambique medals?  2.  Any information about the designer “H. Albouze”.  Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks

    Russ
