    Hi,

Here is my new nice French ribbon bar for WW1 Officer.

Any help to "read" it, would be great! I am familiar with the awards on it.

    Very nice..

    How wide/high are the ribbons?
To me they seem very long, but I’m also used to looking the the Danish ribbons that are only 27MM wide.

    Very nice!

Don’t have much time to identify them all, but is that orange one the house order of Orange (NL)???

    Thanks guys!

Ribbons are almost original size, so pretty wide.

Yes, it would be one option or as well something from South Asia – Laos, etc?

More likely the Moroccan Order of Ouisam Alaouite. A better fit with his other French awards and what looks like the Spanish Medal for Peace in Morocco.

Here is my next "small" French ribbon bar with 24 ribbons. Owner of this set was most likely some senior officer because the Légion d’Honneur, Commander’s class (awarded 1,250 times total from 14 July 1804, regarding wikipedia?).

Maybe even is possible to put lost name back behind that bar?

I have to do my home work propely with the ribbons

Ohhhh . . .this one has had a hard life, for sure. Let me chew on it.

There is some "flexibility" ( ;) ) in the order of wearing.
