    Trying to identify the organization that issued this Austro-Hungarian medal.  Well-made gilt and enamel cross, maker-marked on reverse: “A. Belada Mfg/Wein.VII.2/Burggasse 40.”  Obverse states in Latin: Pro Fide Et Constantia,”  with “SOS” transposed over a fouled anchor.  Know that Adolf Belada was a maker of badges, pins, etc. for organizations at the turn of the century; my best guess is some type of life-saving award.  Any information is appreciated.
