Unknown Cross

Just found this cross and can not identify. Does anyone know what it is? Sorry for the poor quality pic, it was taken from my iPhone through a glass case and a riker mount.

Hi John,

In my opinion, another pseudo maltese order. Ribbon is for the italian order of the Crown. With the lions , could be an english chapter. There is a lot of these fake orders, some survived only a few years (or months).
