The Journal of the OMSA

The Journal is currently published six times per year for the benefit of members. It contains articles contributed by members on a variety of medallic subjects, accompanying photographs or illustrations, book reviews and a collectors marketplace for member advertising. Indexes of articles are published annually.

Every issue contains several outstanding articles on orders, decorations, and medals from around the world, a President's Message, Medal Notes, OMSA News, reviews of current and notable past books relating to the hobby, a Vendor Listing and a Collector's Marketplace.

Contribution of articles is encouraged and should be made to the editor. Priority of publication is given to articles providing comprehensive background on orders, decorations, and medals and to previously unpublished material. An Author's Guide is available, as well as advertising information.
